Things are moving pretty good with BNA-Electro. Now I suddenly find myself working on a set of webpages for the list. Should be cool.
I'm pretty jazzed. Supercollider (a really hype audio programming environment) just became freeware. Any Macpeople who want to hear their computers make some strange sounds, or better yet want to program new strange sounds should head over to
http://www.audiosynth.com and go download. Very cool stuff.
I will say that all of this website/maillist/etc stuff is making me >productive on the musick side of things. Pounded around with some strange glitchy rhythms last night, but can't find the focus in it to make it really start rolling. Sometimes it's like that. Sure, cool sounds are good - but good and inspiring? So far, no good.
Anyway, seems like some good live stuff might be on the horizon... Lots of ideas floating off the list, plus lots of brainstorming going on between the immediate crew. Here's to hoping we get to do half of it.
